making reuse child’s play
Scrapstores are a fantastic way of safely disposing of your corporate or manufacturing waste whilst also fulfilling your corporate social responsibility by helping grass roots community groups.
Scrapstores can take a variety of waste as long as it could be reused for creative art materials. This can be as diverse as cardboard tubes, sheets of die cut plastic, containers small and large, offcuts of paper, card and textiles, paint, canvas, posters, wallpaper, paper cups, foam, fabric, string, cord, ribbon and string. The list is truly endless.
We have an online donation service which aims to simplify the donation process for businesses with waste scrap materials to offer. Simply complete the form with your details and a description and photo if possible of the materials, we'll search our members database to see who is interested and pass the enquiry on to them to contact you directly. If your organisation has multiple waste producing sites please contact Louise Lucas or Emma Payne Reuseful UK’s volunteer members to discuss your waste and how this can be managed efficiently and effectively.
If you prefer you can contact your local scrapstore to discuss your needs and their services, details of local scrapstores can be found here, simply enter your location/postcode and you'll be presented with a map showing the nearest scrapstores to you.
