setting up a scrapstore in my area

I'm really interested in setting up a scrapstore in my local area. What do I need to know/do other than sourcing a premises and scraps! any advice gratefully appreciated. xx

The most important thing to check first is the local scrapstores, where they are and if there is a gap where you want to set up.
We are a cooperative community and this wont work if we set up on each others doorsteps.
After that, visit as many scrapstores as possible and speak to the workers and you will get an idea of what you will need to do to get started .
