I installed total adblock when I got tired of ads on all websites. At first it worked great, pages loaded faster. But then it started interfering with even the necessary content, blocking videos and buttons. I had to disable it selectively. In general,  total  adblock is a useful thing, if you are not too lazy to understand the settings. But “install and forget” does not work here.
