TracFone service plan deactivated unexpectedly — how did you get it fixed?

I kept up my TracFone prepaid plan, but suddenly the service cut off without warning—you can’t even call or text. I checked the balance, and everything looked fine. I reached out using their support form, but got an automatic reply and nothing since. Has anyone else had this happen out of the blue and managed to restore service? What moved things along?

Good afternoon — I ran into the same sudden deactivation even though my account still showed credit. To figure out if I was the only one, I looked through some tracfone reviews where people mentioned that contacting support a second time with account details helped them get reactivated. I did that, including my phone number and last top-up date, and followed up a few days later after no response. That message finally prompted them to check my account and restore service within a short period. It took a follow-up, but it brought things back online.
