Topic-icon Progressive Leasing form went unanswered — what got you a reply?

I recently used the Progressive Leasing customer service page to ask about a lease payment issue, but I haven’t received any acknowledgment or follow-up. In my account portal, there’s no ticket number or status update. Did anyone here use that form and actually get a response? I’m curious what approach actually resulted in an answer.

Greetings — after submitting my payment question through progressive-leasing.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html , I received nothing back for several days. I then submitted another message that briefly restated the core issue and mentioned the previous submission. That prompted a reply the following day with a request for transaction details. It seems sending a polite follow-up with the same information helped highlight the request and triggered a response.
