Topic-icon contact base for mailings

8 months 2 weeks ago #1926 by wapapa8115@mongrec.com
Hi! I am currently actively creating a contact base for mailings and I realized that having a large number of invalid or erroneous email addresses greatly affects the deliverability of emails and the reputation of the domain. I have encountered many email verifier tools, and each has its own pros and cons: somewhere the accuracy is higher, somewhere the convenience of the interface, and somewhere the cost. I would like to hear your personal experience: which tool do you use to verify email addresses?

I had a similar situation — when actively working with email newsletters, I encountered the fact that many invalid addresses not only reduced deliverability, but also damaged the reputation of my domain. I tried several popular tools in the hope of finding the best option, but each really had its own nuances. In the end, I settled on top email verifier  https://snov.io/email-verifier . Firstly, I was impressed by the accuracy — after validation with Snov io, the number of refusals decreased sharply. Secondly, a very convenient interface and the ability to check addresses both individually and in bulk. I also liked that the service integrates with other tools within the platform — this saves a lot of time.

I completely understand your problem with invalid addresses - I have encountered this myself, and indeed, it critically affects the deliverability and reputation of the domain. After a long search and testing of many services for checking email addresses, I settled on one tool that successfully combines the accuracy of verification and ease of use. It helps to promptly identify invalid and outdated contacts, which significantly improves the quality of the database and reduces the number of returned letters. What I especially liked is the transparent tariff system, where I can choose the appropriate volume of checks without overpaying, as well as an intuitive interface that saves time. Of course, there is no ideal tool, but this option for me was the optimal balance of price, quality and convenience.
