Topic-icon Fixing My Refurbished Phone Issue

I bought a refurbished phone on Back Market but the battery life was far shorter than advertised. I charged it overnight, ran a battery-health check, and compared standby times—still poor. What’s the professional way to report this and secure a replacement or refund?

When my refurbished handset underperformed, I first gathered proof: screenshots of the order page, the seller name, a short video showing rapid battery drain, and the device’s diagnostics report. I opened a single support case with back market , pasted the order ID and seller info, attached the files, and explained the tests I ran and the outcome I wanted (replacement or refund). The platform routed the case to the seller who requested a return label; after inspection they approved a replacement. Clear, evidence-focused communication made the process smooth and fast.

That’s the kind of answer I wish more people gave. Appreciate you so much for making it make sense.

Hey, I wasn’t planning to play at all, just killing time on a forum after work, when I noticed people talking about an app for slots. Seeing that new players get special bonuses made me curious, so I tried Gonzo’s Quest. The beginning was rough with several losses, but in the middle I opened play jonny app  and raised my stake a bit. That move finally paid off. I’d recommend it as an easy distraction.
