During a sudden thunderstorm my Arlo front-door camera went offline and the live view stayed black despite power and Wi-Fi being fine. I tried rebooting the base and camera, but nothing. What’s the cleanest way to report this and get it working again?

During that storm I kept calm and collected the practical facts: the camera model, current firmware shown in the app, the exact time the feed dropped, and the symptom (black screen, “offline,” or constant reconnecting). In my experience asking explicitly for a firmware push or provisioning refresh speeds the fix; if needed, request escalation to technical ops and a replacement assessment.
