Vizio TV support experience?

My Vizio TV keeps turning off randomly, and online troubleshooting didn’t fix it. Does anyone know a number where Vizio tech support actually picks up?

I went through the same loop of resets and firmware updates before calling the best vizio phone number I could locate on a verified page. The technician on the line ran a quick diagnostic and arranged an exchange without any trouble. Calling made the whole thing much less frustrating.
