Wondering if anyone has had luck reaching QVC’s customer service recently. I’ve been waiting for a refund for almost two weeks, and the online chat keeps disconnecting before anyone answers. Do they still have a working number or a faster way to resolve billing issues?

Dealing with delayed refunds can really test patience, especially when chat bots don’t get you anywhere. The representative confirmed the refund was already in progress but hadn’t posted yet to the bank. The whole call took just a few minutes, and hearing an update directly made things much clearer than any automated message. That small bit of reassurance goes a long way when waiting for funds to appear.
