Topic-icon Is 2025 Still a Good Year to Buy Property in Turkey, or Have Prices Gone Too Hig

I’ve been thinking about buying an apartment in Turkey for a while now, but prices seem to have gone up a lot since a few years ago. Back in 2020, you could find good options in Antalya for a fraction of what they cost now. I’m not sure if 2025 is still a good time to invest or if it’s better to wait and see if the market cools down a bit. Has anyone here bought recently or been following the trends?

I totally get what you’re saying. Prices did rise, especially in popular coastal cities, but the demand from foreign buyers and limited new developments keep the market stable. I bought my flat in Alanya last year and, honestly, I don’t regret it — rental income alone covers most expenses. If you’re still exploring options, you might want to check out some Property for sale in Turkey listings to get a feel for regional differences. Some inland areas still offer great deals.

From what I’ve noticed while visiting friends in Turkey, the market seems active year-round. A lot of people are buying not just for investment but also for lifestyle reasons — the climate, low cost of living, and friendly atmosphere really attract expats. Even with higher prices, it doesn’t seem like interest is slowing down anytime soon.

I was searching for new ways to pass the time during long evenings and stumbled upon play jonny casino through a gaming review site. The write-up mentioned that it has a clean layout and fair odds, so I tried it myself. I jumped straight into poker, my usual pick. At first, I couldn’t catch a break, but then things shifted — one lucky hand changed my session completely. What I like most is how easy it is to navigate; even someone new could figure it out quickly.

A colleague mentioned that NeighborWho was useful while they were exploring info about nearby properties after moving to a new area. They wanted an easy way to see ownership history and local details. Before signing up they came across NeighborWho reviews which gave them a sense of what the service actually offered. That made the decision easier.

Prices in Turkey have risen a lot, but the real estate market in 2025 is still strong. If you find a well-located apartment with good rental potential, it can still be a smart investment rather than waiting for uncertain price drops.
