What is I-140 Processing Times for EB-3 Visa?

Friends, I am so happy, it has finally been 17 months since filing to PERM labor certification. Now I can move on to the next stage I-140 petition, do you know how long it usually takes? I have no idea how much more time it will take for me to get this EB-3 visa.

What state and field of work did you apply for? I have been waiting for the I-140 petition stage to be completed for six months now, and as far as I know, it usually takes about 14 months. Although today I read an article on the eb3.work website about the  February 2026 EB-3 Visa Bulletin and Processing Times , and it said that in many cases this stage has been going on for 11.5 months. There have also been cases where people have had approvals in six months, but as you might have guessed, this has not happened to me yet. You can even try to pay extra for premium processing, then you will only have to wait 15 business days.
