Why do opinions about ASOS differ so much even for the same product?

Sometimes it isn't the product that is unsuitable, but the expectations. One buyer orders something for a specific event and wants it to look exactly like the photo. Another simply wants everyday clothes and does not care about minor differences. This in itself causes opposite reactions. Some focus on fabric quality, while others care more about the cut or how the item looks in the photo. Different opinions often reflect real differences rather than a problem with the item itself.
