Why do opinions about ASOS differ so much even for the same product?

Sometimes it isn't the product that is unsuitable, but the expectations. One buyer orders something for a specific event and wants it to look exactly like the photo. Another simply wants everyday clothes and does not care about minor differences. This in itself causes opposite reactions. If you look at asos reviews , you'll notice that people describe completely different priorities. Some focus on fabric quality, while others care more about the cut or how the item looks in the photo. Add to that different body types and variations in brand sizes, and it's perfectly normal for reviews to differ. Different opinions often reflect real differences rather than a problem with the item itself.

This is such a fair take. Expectations really shape the whole experience. Two people can buy the same item and walk away with totally different opinions just because they wanted different things from it. The point about body types and brand sizing is especially real. Reviews sounding mixed doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong, it often just reflects different priorities. Appreciate how you explained that without turning it into drama.
