My packaging is holding my business back

I've been running a small business in Ajman making custom gift boxes and hampers for corporate clients, and I'm starting to realize that my packaging process is the biggest bottleneck in my operation. I spend so much time sourcing boxes and crates from different places, cutting foam inserts by hand, and hoping everything fits together nicely, that I'm constantly rushing to meet deadlines and sometimes the quality suffers. My clients expect a premium presentation, and I've had a few close calls where something didn't look quite right or arrived slightly damaged because I was cutting corners on packaging. I've been wanting to learn more about reliable packaging solutions  that can handle custom sizes and high-quality finishes, but I'm not sure where to start. I'm hoping to find a company in Ajman that can work with me on consistent, professional packaging that actually fits my products instead of me making do with whatever I can find.
