Need Advice on Choosing an Online Ghostwriting Company

I’m posting in this Suggestion Box because I’m thinking about working with an online ghostwriting company!  and could use some guidance. I have a few ideas for content, but I don’t have enough time to write everything on my own. I want to make sure the final work is clear, original, and matches my voice.
I’m not sure what I should look for when choosing a company. Should I focus more on writing quality, pricing, or past work? I also want to understand how the process usually works, especially communication and revisions.
If anyone here has used a ghostwriting service before, I’d really like to hear your experience. What should I expect, and what are some common mistakes to avoid?
