Rushcliffe Play Forum
Rushcliffe Play Forum is based in a small bungalow in a rural village in Nottingham. Although small in size we play a massive part in support play and creative activites in our community.

We have a great team of volunteers who are always willing to help members with their projects they also support us at many of the community events we attend.

We regularly meet up with scrapstores throughout the Uk for swaps and have enjoyed helping and supporting others in the world of scrapstores.

SCRAP - Creative Re-use Arts Project
We are a social enterprise focused on helping the environment by reusing waste materials from businesses as resources for art and Play.
S.C.R.A.P has a warehouse which is open to everyone, full to the rafters of discarded materials, originally destined for landfill.

These materials are sold at very low prices and reused for art and play purposes by local community groups, schools, students and individuals.

Aswell as the fantastical scrap shop we offer a variety of services. training for adults and children, scrapsheds containers full of outdoor play resources for schools, family learning, art drop- in sessions , schools projects and out of school activities all based around the environment and reuse.
SCRAP Antics
We recycle industry excess into art & design materials for use in the celebration of community togetherness.
Scrap Magic
Scrap Magic promotes play and creativity using scrap waste materials. We collect scrap materials reclaimed from local businesses and either sell them in our Scrapstore or loan them out in packs.
Our store is full of craft and scrap resources suitable for crafts and play activities. Scrap is a bargain £2 a basket. Other items are individually priced.
Our resource library has 15 different packs that can be hired by anyone working with children for creative play.
Scrapbox
Set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, on the outskirts of the North Norfolk town of Reepham, Mini-Scrapbox has served the local community for over 20 years.
We provide a wide range of reclaimed, re-use art and craft resources for community organisations and individuals, through generous donations of clean waste and surplus stock by local businesses.
Scrappies Shropshires Childrens Scrapstore
Scrappies the Shropshire Children's Scrapstore, Recycling and Resource Centre was established in 1991.
Scrappies provides inexpensive materials to all groups, families and individuals who pay an annual membership fee.
Within the store is a small craft shop which is open to the public and members receive a 20% discount on shop items.
Scrappies employs 3 part time workers and has a small team of enthusiastic and willing volunteers.
Scrappies hold workshops in store and out in the community, hire out play equipment and organise childrens parties.

Scraptastic, a scrapstore based in Shipley, Bradford, West Yorkshire. Our store is divided into 2 sections:

A craft store full of reasonably priced craft supplies and themed collage packs.

A scrap section full of items donated from businesses perfect for reuse, creative play, loose parts play and encouraging imagination.

Scraptastic is a Community Interest Company. We are open to anyone who wishes to visit.

We are a not for profit organisation. Any profits made are reinvested into the company.

Our aim is to promote and encourage the use of waste materials and resources for creative
re-use and play.
We collect clean waste from businesses, often destined for landfill, and sort it to stock our scrap section.

Southampton Scrapstore
30 years ago, an usual venture started up in Southampton - a shop recycling scrap. From buttons to paper, material to cardboard tubes, the shop is an Aladdin's Cave of everything that creative crafts groups are people looking for.
Squirrels Scrapstores (CSS)
Formerly the Merton Scrapstore, Squirrels is an Aladdin's cave of unusual, colourful and interesting scrap materials including, foam, ribbon, cellophane, plastic pots, boxes and lots of weird and wonderful items that defy description, all this from as little as £40 per year! Additionally Squirrels also have a range of arts and crafts supplies for sale, which means they can be your one stop shop. They currently support 500 community groups, schools, playgroups, childminders, arts and crafts workshop providers.
Swindon Scrapstore
Swindon Scrapstore diverts redundant reusable materials from local companies and makes them available to local schools, community groups and individuals. We provide creative resources, household paint, office furniture and I.T equipment and we provide volunteering opportunities for disadvantaged young people and adults.
The Pyramid Resource Centre
The Pyramid Resource Centre opened in 1999 with 3 years of funding from The National Lottery. We are now self sufficient (well just about ! )
We provide a range of services, primarily the scrapstore but also a well stocked handicraft materials shop, toy library, musical instruments and sensory equipment hire.
As a Thurrock Play Network Project we also support our Play Rangers and Open Access Playschemes.

Thread Republic
Thread Republic is an affiliate of Mend Assembly (Totnes, Devon) along with Stitch Department (Ryde, Isle of Wight). Each group takes a local approach, working in our communities to offer alternatives to clothing consumption, use and disposal. Our shared knowledge will enable us to collaborate, explore and implement solutions to address issues of textile waste, lack of basic sewing and mending skills and clothing over-consumption.
Torbay Scrapstore CIC
We have a retail shop selling donated items for use within arts and craft. An onsite coffee shop and provide craft sessions.
Waterside Scrapstore
Packed to the rafters with crafty delights, all donated by local businesses and individuals. We have a huge range of materials from paper, card, fabric and ribbon to plastics, containers and paints with many unusual items in between.
Watford Recycling Arts Project
Watford Recycling Arts Project has been around for over 25 years. Anyone can join, open hours are listed below. We suggest anyone wanting to join comes to look round first, members can join on the day or organisations can be invoiced. Wiltshire Scrapstore
The Wiltshire Scrapstore has been running since 2000 and is a thriving registered charity offering an extensive range of creative resources for use by members in varied settings with children and young people, families, individuals and community groups.
We offer free membership but ask for a donation for the scrap items you take. A membership form must be completed to ensure terms and conditions of membership are agreed to.
We also run creative birthday parties, early years make and play sessions, adult workshops as well as creative workshops in schools and community settings.
There is an on site cafe and craft shop, plus two community training rooms for hire at the Scrapstore.
There is also a gift shop selling art materials, handmade craft kits and upcycled goods in the village of Lacock, plus an online shop.
