HELP! Waste Liscences; Neccesary?

Hi All

Ive just been looking into waste liscences and regulations in england and its all jargon to me!

can anybody tell me what liscences and documentation is required? How much does it cost and where do I go to apply for the neccesary parts?

Would it be easier to contact the local council and ask them?

When it comes to waste liscences I feel a bit lost: Please help!
